How To Make Bluetooth Speakers [Sekhohub.online]

In this post I have made a battery-operated Bluetooth speaker. Creating Bluetooth speakers using the PAM8403 amplifier module is a fun and rewarding DIY project. The PAM8403 is a compact, efficient 3W + 3W stereo class-D audio amplifier ideal for battery-powered applications.

Bluetooth Speakers

Goal:

Build a stereo Bluetooth speaker using:

  • PAM8403 amplifier module

  • Bluetooth audio receiver module (e.g., XS3868, JDY-62, or MH-M18)

  • Li-ion battery (like 18650) or 5V USB power

Materials for the Project.

1- Bluetooth mp3 player

2- 1X TP4056 battery charging module

3- 1X PAM8403 amplifier module

4- 2X 1.5-inch woofers

5- 1X 3.7v Li-Ion battery

6- 1X on/off switch

7- SOME WIRES

8- 1X cardboard box

Notes:

  • PAM8403 input pins (L/R) go to the Bluetooth module audio output.

  • PAM8403 output pins go to the speakers.

  • Power both modules from the same 5V line.

  • Ensure proper ground connection between modules.

Assembly Tips

  • Keep wires short to avoid interference.

  • Use a 3D-printed or wooden case for better sound.

  • Add a low-pass filter capacitor to the speaker lines if there’s noise.

  • Keep PAM8403 inputs away from power lines to reduce hum.

Optional Add-ons

  • Volume knob (using 10k potentiometer before amp input)

  • LED power indicator

  • Passive bass radiator for better low-end sound
